- Day 1 : Japan - Red Bean Dorayaki🫘
Make Japan’s iconic Dorayaki—fluffy pancakes sandwiching sweet red bean paste (Anko)! Linked to Doraemon, this treat teaches mixing batter and grilling techniques. Fun fact: Anko symbolizes good luck in Japanese culture! A delicious dive into traditional wagashi desserts.
第1日:日本 - 紅豆銅鑼燒🫘
動手製作日本經典甜點銅鑼燒!孩子將調製鬆軟麵糊,夾入香甜紅豆餡(Anko),學習煎餅技巧。你知道嗎?紅豆餡在和菓子中象徵吉祥,更是多啦A夢的最愛!一堂融合動漫文化與傳統甜點的趣味課!
- Day 2 : Mexico - Chicken Burrito🫔
Roll up a flavorful Chicken Burrito! Layer soft tortillas with spiced chicken, rice, and beans. Originating in Northern Mexico, burritos became a global handheld meal. Kids master folding and balancing textures while exploring Mexican culinary history!
第2日:墨西哥 - 雞肉卷餅🫔
第二天捲起墨西哥雞肉卷餅!用軟薄餅包裹香料雞肉、米飯與豆泥,體驗「手抓美食」的便利。卷餅源於北墨西哥農工,現已風靡全球!從拋鑊到包餡,訓練手眼協調與味覺平衡。
- Day 3 : Italy - Rainbow Mushroom Cream Pasta🌈
Cook vibrant Rainbow Mushroom Pasta! Sauté mushrooms in creamy sauce, toss with colorful veggies, and learn Italy’s "al dente" pasta philosophy. Did you know? Pasta has been an Italian staple since ancient Rome! A fun, nutritious twist on classics.
第3日: 意大利 - 彩虹蘑菇奶油意粉🌈
煮一盤繽紛彩虹蘑菇意粉!用鮮奶油炒香蘑菇,拌入七彩蔬菜,學習意大利「彈牙」(Al dente)煮麵秘訣。趣味冷知識:意粉早在古羅馬已是主食!健康與美味兼得的烹飪實踐。
- Day 4 : Brazil - Coconut Bonbons 🥥
On Day 4, we’ll craft Coconut Bonbons, Brazil’s iconic coconut treats! Kids will mix toasted coconut with condensed milk to create chewy, golden bites. Originating from Portuguese and African influences, these sweets are sold at festivals and beaches. Fun fact: Their name comes from “coco” (coconut)! A lesson in texture and tropical flavors!
第4日:巴西 - 椰子糖🥥
第四日捏製巴西國民甜點椰子糖!混合烤椰絲與煉奶,搓成金黃煙韌小圓球。這款甜食融合葡萄牙與非洲文化,常見於節慶市集!你知道嗎?「Cocada」源自「椰子」的葡萄牙語~甜蜜認識熱帶飲食智慧!
- Day 5 : Middle East - Hummus & Pita Bread🫓
Blend silky Hummus from chickpeas, tahini, and lemon, then bake pillowy Pita! Dating back to ancient Egypt, hummus remains a Middle Eastern staple. Discover how pita’s pocket design makes it perfect for dipping—a tasty lesson in history and food science!
第5日:中東 - 鷹嘴豆泥配皮塔餅🫓
壓軸日調製中東鷹嘴豆泥+烤皮塔餅!用鷹嘴豆、芝麻醬與檸檬打成綿滑蘸醬,學習古埃及流傳的飲食智慧。皮塔餅中空設計最適合「兜」醬料 - 一課貫通千年歷史與食物科學原理!
About the course
Our weekly thematic summer programme is an integrated English programme teaching reading, writing, listening & speaking skill with fun activities such as cooking, arts and craft.
Course features

Each week has a fun activity-based theme with a fun activity in each lesson that students will take part making under teacher's supervision

Each lesson is 2 hours long

A certificate will be awarded with the total number of tuition hours completed
